First, check whether the three-phase power supply of the main circuit is short-circuited and whether the input power voltage meets the requirements specified on the machine's data nameplate. After confirmation, turn on the main power switch.

Check the input voltages of the control transformer and servo transformer in sequence. After confirmation, turn on the two circuit breakers.

Check whether the output voltages of the control transformer and servo transformer meet the requirements according to the electrical schematic. After confirmation, turn on the circuit breakers at the output terminals of the control transformer and servo transformer. At this point, the cooling fan of the electrical cabinet will start operating.

Refer to the electrical schematic to check whether the outputs of the switching power supplies (VC1 for the CNC system and VC2 for the peripheral DC24V control power supply) meet the requirements. After confirmation, turn on the two circuit breakers.
